- Soda Water
- Lemon Wheel (For Garnish)

- Add Whiskey And Top With Soda Water

- Tonic
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon Wheel (For Garnish)

- Fill A Highball Glass With Ice Cubes
- Add Whiskey And Top With Tonic Water
- Stir Gently
- Garnish With A Fresh Lemon Slice

LIGHTHOUSE SPRING SPRITZ
Ingredients
- 45 ml Lighthouse Whisky (Unpeated)
- 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur (eg. St.-Germain)
- 15 ml fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- Sparkling Wine (To top)
- Ice Cubes
- Orange Slice and Mint (for Garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a balloon or wine glass with ice
- Add whisky, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and honey syrup
- Stir briefly to combine
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice and mint sprig
