What does Barreled.ph offer and how does it work?
Barreled.ph offers a wide range of wine, spirit, beer, and other liquid beverages with recommended food pairings for your ultimate comfort and convenience at your finger tips. Whether it’s a planned or an unplanned get-together, we can help you with ordering drinks and food instantly to offer to your family and friends.
What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours start at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Sunday. You may still order online beyond our operating hours. However, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please check your email for confirmation.
What are your payment options?
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer, maya, and gcash.
How do I contact customer support if I have a question or issue with my order?
You can reach our customer support team through the Contact Us section on our website, and they will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. You may also send us an email at support@barreled.ph.
Can you recommend food pairings for the wines you offer?
Yes, we provide food pairing suggestions for many of our wines on our website to enhance your dining experience. We also offer several Filipino food choices that you can easily order and pair with your choice of liquor.
Where do you deliver?
We only cover Metro Manila delivery. For outside the Metro, please feel free to send us an email at sales@barreled.ph and will be glad to assist you on your orders.
How much is your delivery fee?
We charge delivery fee of P300 for orders below P5,000.Free delivery for orders P5,000 and above.
How do I track my orders and delivery?
You may check your orders in your Account Order History. Payment status and fulfillment of orders will be provided. Should you wish to know actual status of the delivery, you may reach us at sales@barreled.ph.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
Items must be inspected immediately. Upon delivery, open and inspect the items. Should you receive a damaged or wrong item, simply take a photo of the item and send it to support@barreled.ph together with the Order # and complete name.
Acceptance of delivery is considered final and that you received the items in good condition.
